Loyalty Points

We are an NZ-owned and operated small business, and our loyalty program is a way of saying thank you for shopping with us.  For every $20 you spend, your account will be credited loyalty points, which you can use on future purchases on the website. 

You earn 1 loyalty point for every $20 spent, which is credited to your account. Each point is the equivalent of $1 and can be applied to your next order at checkout.  

When you get to the checkout, your current loyalty points balance will be viewable, and you will have the option to use some or all of your points balance towards the cost of the order.

You must be logged in to your account at checkout to have your loyalty rewards available. Click the My Account link at the top-right of the website to log in.

When you have accrued loyalty points, you can view these by logging into your account on the website - your loyalty points balance will be shown next to the View Loyalty Points History link on the welcome page. Clicking the View Loyalty Points History link will show your order history with the rewards earned for each order.

Your order balance is also shown on the checkout screen when logged in. Click the My Account link at the top-right of the website to log in.
